A student caught copying or indulging in any malpractice, will not be allowed to write a subsequent examination until the Principal grants him written permission to write the other examination. Such students will not be promoted.
No student is allowed to keep a book for more than a fornight without permission.
A student who loses or damages a book will be fined.
All library books should be returned two weeks before each examination.
Speical attention is to be paid by Class teacher in choosing suitable Monitors. Names are submitted to the Principal with whose approval only, the monitors are appointed for a period of five months.
Monitors must be as far as possible exemplary in conduct and Industrious in their studies.
They must be able to command respect in class.
They are employed all assistance in the class maintaining discipline, collecting or distributing books, attending to cleanliness and neatness of the classroom and bringing charts, maps etc..
They must clean the writing on the blackboard immediately after each period.
On every working day the monitor will write the date, the number of student on Roll-and the number present on that day on the blackboard.
The leader must be responsible for all happenings in the class during the absence of the teacher.
The leaders are to be made to realise that tho be leader is a speacial privilage and honour. To betray the trust and confidence reposed in them is to commit a shameful act.
It is incumbent, on all leaders to report to the Principal or Class Teacher any breach of discipline noticed even during recess.
In the event of the teacher being absent, they should inform the Principal within five minutes from the commencement of the period.
Second language and Christain doctrine classes should have special leaders appointed to assist the teachers.
At the end of the examination the following Merit Cards will be Awarded.
Class honours for highest Distinction in each section (first in class)
Merit Cards for the Highest Distinciton in each subject (more than 60%). He must be a rank holder
A merit for First Class Pass to those who secure 60% and above in all subjects.
Parents are earnestly requested to co-operate with the School Authorities by keeping to the following regulation.
By urging their children to be regular and punctual.
By following up the reports which keep them informed of the diligence in studies and the behaviour of their children.
By Occasionally meeting the Principal to discuss the progress of their children.
By seeing that their children enter in the diary the lessons given daily.
Insisting on neatness of their text-books, exercise books, etc. All communications are to be addressed to the Principal/headmaster.
