ADMISSION :

      Admission criteria gets displayed on the school notice board before beginning of a new    
    academic year.


WITHDRAWALS:

  1. The Headmaster/Principal reserves the right to refuse any application without having to assign reasons for his action.

  2. Parents are requested to leave the Children near the main Gate. Kindly co-operate with the security man.

  3. No leaving Certificate will be issued unless applied for by the Parent or Guardian in person or in writing and until all dues have been paid and Library books returned. Fees are due as long as a notice of withdrawal is given in writing. If a Leaving Certificate is not asked for within two years, a fee of Rs. 50/- is charged for the same as for a duplicated certificate.

  4. Pupils failing to pass each standard may be asked to leave the school when the Principal judges it as sign on incapacity to cope with the standard required by the school. Pupils failing twice in the same standard or thrice in different standards must discontinue their studies in the school.

  5. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or defiance of authority or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student from the School.

  6. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school.

  7. If the student leaves the School in between the academic year, he/she has to pay the fees of the whole year.

FEES :

RULES OF DISCIPLINE

  1. Refinement of manners, habits of obedience and order, neatness in person and dress and punctuality are required at all time.

  2. During working hours order and silence are to be kept while around the premises. Running playing or shouting inside the school building is never allowed.

  3. Pupils who come late for the assembly will be sent home after 3 WARNINGS.

  4. Gathering of signatures to bring pressure on the authorities is strictly prohibited. Previous sanction of the Principal needed for any organized School Activity.

  5. The School is not responsible for books, money, clothes, sweaters etc lost. Pupils must learn to look after their own Belongings.

  6. Any kind of damage done to the School property is to be made good.

ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE :

  1. As regualr attendance is an important element for successful work previous written application for leave must invariably be given and for serious reasons only. In case of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances the pupils, on returning to school must have the reasons of absence certified by his parent or guardian countersigned by the Principal before the pupil enters the class. Applications for leave should be briefly written in the School Calender alongside the corresponding date.

  2. If a pupil is absent for 15 days without leave Application, his/her name may be removed from the class-rolls; and the usual admission fee will be charged if the pupil is re-admitted.

  3. No pupil may absent himself from any examination or test except when prevented by reasons of health in which case a medical certificate is required

HOME STUDY AND PARENTAL CO-OPERATION:

  1. Parents will readily understand that a good amount of study and serious home study is required for success. Students should put in between 2 to 3 hours work at home.

  2. Private Tutions are discouraged and should be resorted to only after consulting the Principal. No teacher will be allowed to tutor the School students.

  3. Report of a Pupil's conduct and progress will be given from time to time in the School Calendar. Parents are expected to take note of these reports also of the Examination Result and to meet Teachers and the Principal occasionally. PARENTS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE CLASS ROOM, YOU MAY MEET THE TEACHERS DURING THE TIME NOTIFIED TO YOU ON LAST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH IN VISITOR'S ROOM from 11.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. Parents are requested to leave their children near the main gate of compound wall. Please co-operate with the security man. No vehicle is permitted to cross the main gate.

  4. When parents inquire or write concerning their children they should mention the standard and particular section in which the children study at present.

UNIFORM :

The wearing of the School Uniform is obligatory on all days. All pupils should present themselves in the school uniform clean and neatly dressed. For this purpose, the Pupil must be provided with a sufficient number of uniforms. Uniform cloth should be purchased from the school. Without uniform entry may be refused into the classroom.

N.B. :

  1. Along with the uniform dress, black Bata shoes is a must.
  2. During winter GREEN sweater only to be worn by the children along with the uniform.
